Job Description

Port to Port Immigration Services provides international recruitment and immigration services to companies in the following sectors: mining, fishing, forestry, hospitality and food processing.


We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team. The person will be responsible for assigning tasks to departments and team members, managing project deadlines, meeting our financial obligations, and screening for internal hires. The ideal candidate will assisst in other administrative tasks as required.


We are a fast growing company that works across multiple cultures and time zones. Our team consists of 10 people in Halifax Nova Scotia, and several overseas employees.


Job Duties and Requirements Include:

  • Implementing the regular use of project management software.
  • Managing budgets.
  • Posting ads and screening applicants for internal hires.
  • Scheduling regular meetings
  • Creating objectives and managing deliverables


Port to Port Immigration Services is a diverse workplace located downtown Halifax.

RRSP contributions will be made upon the sucessful completion of one year employment.


The ideal manager should be able to think strategically, work in teams, be proficient in digital meeting softwares and be self motivated.


Salary starting at $25 hourly. Oppurtunity leading to permanent job offers.
