Role and Responsibilities: As an Office Manager at CLTech, you'll be at the heart of our operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Organizing and maintaining office records, files, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Facilitating travel arrangements and scheduling for team members and executives.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize office procedures and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Supporting finance and accounting teams with expense tracking, invoicing, and budget coordination.
  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and overseeing office supplies.
  • Assisting in HR activities, such as onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contributing to event planning and internal communications to nurture a positive work atmosphere.
  • Collaborating with facility management and vendors to ensure a productive and comfortable work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Interest in sustainability and innovative construction practices is desirable.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
