Job Description

Tribute Games is looking for an Office Assistant who is willing to support our team and managers.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the Tribute Games office, from administrative tasks to executive support. They are independent, rigorous, and are always on the lookout to make the workplace more efficient. They are as comfortable fetching data and turning it into reports, as they are applying for government grants. They are multitaskers; they can balance tasks easily with their prioritization skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with external accountants to assist them with quarterly and year-end financial statements
  • Submit and keep track of invoices
  • Coordinate with professionals to make sure the office is well kept
  • Apply for various government grants
  • Oversee payroll, timesheets and vacation approvals
  • Onboard new hires
  • Fetch and organize sales reports
  • Generate royalty reports for published titles every quarter
  • Manage mail and package deliveries


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suites (Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.)
  • Familiarity with payroll systems
  • Bilingual (French/English)


Work conditions:

  • Flexible work from office/home in Montreal, Quebec
  • 4 weeks vacation (Christmas holidays included)
  • Full-time (35-40 Hours per Week)

  • Contract length: Permanent, full-time with 3 months as probation

Jeux Tribute est à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) de bureau désireux(se) de soutenir notre équipe et nos gestionnaires.


Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) sera responsable du bon fonctionnement du bureau de Tribute Games, allant de tâches administratives au soutien exécutif. Il/elle est autonome, rigoureux(se) et toujours à l'affût de ce qui peut rendre le milieu de travail plus efficace. Il/elle est autant à l'aise de collecter des données et les transformer en rapports, que de demander des subventions gouvernementales. Il/elle est est à l’aise de travailler sur plusieurs projets à la fois, grâce à leurs compétences de priorisation.


Responsabilités :

  • Intégrer les nouvelles recrues
  • Faire des demandes de subventions gouvernementales.
  • Récupérer et organiser les rapports de vente
  • Gérer le courrier et les livraisons de colis
  • Soumettre les factures et en assurer le suivi
  • Communiquer avec les comptables externes pour les aider à établir les états financiers trimestriels et de fin d'année.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les professionnels pour veiller à ce que le bureau soit bien entretenu.
  • Superviser la paie, les feuilles de temps et les approbations de congés.
  • Générer des rapports de redevances pour les titres publiés chaque trimestre.


Qualifications :

  • Familiarité avec les systèmes de paie
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
  • Maîtrise de MS Office et de Google Suites (capacité à utiliser Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bilingue (français/anglais)


Conditions de travail :

  • Permanent à temps plein avec 3 mois de probation
