Job Description

Location: North York, Ontario, Toronto

Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday


SafeHome Mortgage is a leading mortgage brokerage firm dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a finance and business background to contribute to our company's success.


Responsibilities:

Compose and respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner

Make and receive phone calls to assist clients and partners

Schedule and manage appointments for the team

Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized

Follow up on emails and correspondence promptly and efficiently


Requirements:

Possess a finance and business background

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Ability to commit to a minimum of one year in the position

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
