Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a strategic, innovative, and detail-orientedindividual to join our team as the Regional Lead Strategy Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, performance measurement, change management, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

You have a worked in the healthcare industry in a planning, project management or strategy role working on strategy execution and performance measurement for a minimum of five years. You have experience in project portfolio management, planning and implementation of effective change management practices, strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. You have a proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will have project management certification and/or lean six sigma training and change management training.

Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.

Responsibilities Include

What you will do

• Provide guidance and strategic direction to ensure alignment of initiatives to Horizon's key priority areas
• Guide planning and identification of projects and initiatives to achieve strategic priorities
• Management of the execution of the strategic plan
• Manage the annual strategic and operational planning processes
• Support programs on the development of operational plans that align to the organization's strategic goals
• Ensure strategic priorities are aligned to performance metrics and regularly reported as part of the Balanced Scorecard
