SMO Solutions is a global team with offices in Singapore, Dublin and Halifax. The team’s mission is to enable operational excellence through process improvements & technology enablement. The projects we take charge includes New client onboarding, Process reengineering and Product development. You will be part of a projects team working to deliver industry leading solutions to our various stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
• Attend to system related issues and provide support to the various stakeholders
• Manage ad-hoc projects
• Onboard new clients and ensure processes are in line with target operating model
• Raise development requirements and perform user acceptance testing
• Become a subject matter expert in the suite of products that are relevant to the team
• Lead deep dive exercises and ensure processes are in line with the target operating model
• Analyze business processes and provide solutions for process improvements

Qualifications
Main Requirements

• Strong communication and visualization skills
• University degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• Ability to learn and grow fast
• Process engineering/ Product management experience within the Fund Administration or Asset Management industry
• New client onboarding experience within the Fund Administration or Asset Management industry
• Understanding of reconciliation workflow and products involved within the reconciliation process
• Willing to embrace new technologies in order to identify new solutions & inefficient processes
• Reconciliation / Fund Accounting experience within the Fund Administration or Asset Management industry is key

Starting salary will be dependent on experience.
