We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing and Operations teammate to join our team at a busy gym located in downtown Montreal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a background in marketing and operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the day-to-day operations of the gym, and ensuring that our clients have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle member inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate events and promotions to increase member engagement and satisfaction
• Ensure a high level of customer service by providing a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to *drive membership growth and retention
• Work closely with other team members to achieve business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Maintain accurate records and reports on membership, revenue, and expenses
• Manage gym operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and inventory management

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or operations, preferably in the fitness industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual (English and French) is required. Any additional language is a bonus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing + analytics tools
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
