In this role you will be assisting the business development team in high-level administrative tasks and manage several important projects.

• Salary offered between $50,000 and $60,000, depending on experience

Responsibilities
Role and responsabilities:

• Manage the bi-weekly sales meeting and report
• Manage the creation of Marketing assets –
• Assist the sales team in ad-hoc tasks and projects
• Assist Business Dev. Analyst in producing various reports
• Manage procurement of 3rd party vendor quotes
• Manage the production of sales margin analyses, quotes, and contracts
• Manage 3rd party vendor relationships
• Manage the sales team pipeline

Qualifications
What you need to be considered:

• Marketing or communications background helps
• Fluent in French and English
• Organized, problem solving, positive attitude
• Comfortable with numbers
• Undergraduate degree from a Business or Marketing degree with previous job/internship experience
• Medium to high level in Excel
