We are an event management software company seeking a Sales and Marketing Lead to help us grow our business. Our platform simplifies event management for organizers and enhances the experience for attendees. We are looking for a self-driven, experienced individual who is passionate about sales and marketing and has a strong understanding of the event industry. Our team is distributed across the globe and we are open to hiring individuals from South Africa, Kenya, Rwanda, Ukraine, Russia, the United States, or Germany who can speak and write good English.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Stay up-to-date on marketing and sales trends and best practices
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize campaigns as needed
• Build and maintain the company's brand identity across all channels
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Create and manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
• Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals
• Provide excellent customer support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with the Sales team to generate leads and close deals
• Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals to meet sales targets

Requirements:

• Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the event industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
