Market Intelligence Coordinator Jobs

We are looking for a Market Intelligence Coordinator who will work together with the Market Intelligence Team in order to produce accurate and informative reports that focus on current relevant information. The successful candidate must possess strong administration and task management skills, exhibit excellent organizational skills, demonstrate an eye for detail, and must thrive in a fast-paced, team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level role for someone looking to further their commercial real estate career and learn more about the market fundamentals.

• Attend bi-weekly team meetings and monthly office division meetings to provide updates on topics such as significant properties that are being marketed, notable building & land sales, construction updates on new developments and general real estate news.
• Organized and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Possess characteristic traits of independent thinking and self-starting initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
• Actively manage the available lease listings database and ensure that all information is complete and accurate by contacting listing brokers and landlords.
• Proficient in Microsoft office with advanced Excel skills
• Must be proactive with a keen sense of urgency
• Assist the brokers as necessary in providing relevant information for pitches and valuation.
• Assist the Market Intelligence Analyst as necessary in tracking lease comparable by analyzing monthly deal sheets, exchanging information, and monitoring various online platforms.
• Prepare market lease and purchase surveys for client requirements as requested by brokers.
