Job Summary:

As a Housing Coordinator at Vanmates, you will play a pivotal role in connecting potential clients with their ideal homes in Canada. Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, building relationships, and promoting our housing solutions to individuals seeking accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Sales: Be responsible to contact leads and turn them into customers. Leads

might be given by the company but it will also be the employee’s responsibility to actively look for

new lead strategies. A minimum sales target will be given to the employee.

● Customer Service: The employee will strive to take care of clients and solve their problems and concerns at pre and post sales.

● Growth Strategies: The employee will actively look for new opportunities to keep growing our

customer base.　

● Marketing: The employee will assist in specific marketing campaigns that will help to lead

generation strategies.

Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their housing needs and preferences.

Educate clients about the range of housing options available through Vanmates and tailor recommendations to their requirements.

Provide accurate information about properties, rental rates, lease terms, and any additional services offered.

Guide clients through the application and rental process, addressing any inquiries they may have along the way.

Collaborate with the Vanmates team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends.

Maintain a strong understanding of the Canadian housing market, including local rental regulations and real estate dynamics.

Utilize effective sales techniques to showcase the value of Vanmates' services and secure successful conversions.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a requirement.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to address client inquiries effectively.

Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using digital communication tools.

Familiarity with the Canadian housing market and rental industry is a plus.

Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
