Language Requirement: English and Japanese

Educate clients about the range of housing options available through Vanmates and tailor recommendations to their requirements.

Provide accurate information about properties, rental rates, lease terms, and any additional services offered.

Collaborate with the Vanmates team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a requirement.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.

Have access to any smartphone device

Driving license or another ID card document to be submitted should belong to yourself

You only need 1 document to take part in this project.

The project will take you approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

The rate shown is for one accepted participation (a project of 10 sessions = 20 pictures/videos).

Remote work & Location Independence

Full Professional Proficiency in English & French

You must be living in Canada for the last 2 consecutive years

Ability to follow guidelines and do research online using search engines, online maps and website information

You must have familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media and cultural affairs in Canada

Being open to work across a diverse set of Task Types (e.g. Maps, News, Audio tasks, Relevance)
