Prepare market lease and purchase surveys for client requirements as requested by brokers.

Proficient in Microsoft office with advanced Excel skills

Assist the brokers as necessary in providing relevant information for pitches and valuation.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

Organized and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Possess characteristic traits of independent thinking and self-starting initiative

Manage the client’s requirements, make the various connections between the different disciplines and ensure that the requirements are met

Manage the design development process including coordination with other design disciplines

Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project to assist the project managers

3+ years of experience in a similar role

Strong experience managing client expectations through the design process

Experience supervising design staff and technologists preferred

Market Coordinator at the year round farmers' market

Coordinates volunteers, takes pictures for promotion, updates social media

Available to work Tuesday 9:30-5 pm, Friday 10-2 pm, Saturday 7-3:30 pm

Able to lift/carry 25 pounds

capable of working in a fast paced, crowded and noisy environment

Managing and curating the weekly Farmers' Market, including direct communication with vendors, database management, and as the on-site Chamber lead.

Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to shift priorities in a changing work landscape

1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design
