We are currently looking for a Mailroom Clerk for one of our clients in the printing industry.

• Monday to Friday work schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Full-time, on-site role (37.50 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Other mailroom duties as assigned.
• Open, sort, scan incoming hard copy mail.
• Sort soft copies using look up tools in client software.
• Review scans for quality issues.
• Assign task based on mail to appropriate team as required.
• Attach documents to correct client in broker or client management system using specific coding and verbiage based on document type.
• Administrative tasks as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word and Excel.
