The opportunity to become a Permanent Full-Time shipper/receiver after probationary period
Straight day shift Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
$22/hr- $25/hr depending on experience
MUST have experience and license in Forklift Counterbalance and Reach
Main Intersections in Aurora are Industrial Parkway S and Vandorf Sideroad

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the goods are delivered from suppliers under the approved suppliers list
  • Examine and verify goods received to packing slips/bills of laden and original purchase orders
  • Organize both warehouse and maintain inventory count
  • Safe operation of a Raymond Reach truck, lift truck and any other equipment used for transfer/loading of goods
  • Adhere to plant policies and procedures, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Prepare shipments of products out of Treasure Mills with the correct packing slip, labels and any other necessary documentation
  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
  • Book shipping and receiving and maintain proper records
Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting (food industry experience an asset)
  • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a refrigerated/freezer environment
  • Knowledge of Canada/US shipping documents and procedures preferred
  • Understanding of MS Office, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work over-time hours with over-time pay, as required
  • Self starter with minimum supervision
  • Able to work in cold environments
  • Must be reliable, with good work history and attendance record
  • 2 years of Raymond Reach and Counterbalance experience required, with current license (or ability to renew expired license)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Physically able to lift/push/pull 50 pounds
