About the job

The House of Commons is modernizing its IT Service Management (ITSM) business model and product platform. ServiceNow ITSM is being leveraged to deliver an improved service experience for providers and our customers - Members of Parliament, their staff, and the House of Commons administration. The Senior Information Technology (IT) Project Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating activities of agile digital product teams towards a centralized, sequenced plan of deliverables to contribute to this outcome.


About the role

The Senior Information Technology (IT) Project Managers are accountable for providing project leadership, planning, implementation and delivery of large scale, high impact and mission critical multi-disciplinary and multifaceted Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, facilities, services and applications projects established in support of the House of Commons’ strategic IT directions and priorities.
