Job Description

Established in 2014, Nabolsy Contracting Incorporation (“NCI”) is a construction company that operates in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Southwestern Ontario. NCI provides construction services in the sewer and watermain, excavation and road construction sectors. NCI aims to deliver projects within clients’ budgets and deadlines. Responsibilities

  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Coordinate and schedule work activities with the crews and the subcontractors onsite
  • Work closely with the Superintendent to deliver the Project on-time and within budget.
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Other duties as needed
  • Coordinate and manage all faucets of a project


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Ontario Provisional Standards Specifications (OPSS) and Ontario Provisional Standards Drawings (OPSD)
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and application of the Certificate of Recognition Program (COR), and the Company's Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience in municipal sewers/watermain, and road construction work
  • Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Construction Regulations
  • Knowledge of Municipalities and Region’s specifications and drawings
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
