Job Description

Duties:

The IT Technical Analyst Level is responsible . They include workstations (desktop & laptops printers and other peripherals, Video conference equipment, cellphones, and VOIP desk phones. The focus is on making sure the company's desktop computing environment is stable and performing optimally and responsible for the operational efficiency of these systems. This person is expected to provide a high level of customer service.

Skills:

  • Provide fast response and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Document session notes and complaints in appropriate systems
  • Provides reports to management
  • Provide technical account management for customers resolving issues and escalating when appropriate
  • Manage incidents and service requests that are individually assigned within the appropriate service level agreement
  • Build and maintain knowledge base and document procedures
  • Log and track IT related received goods
  • Lead/assist with training and quality improvement programs
  • Troubleshoot basic and advanced software/hardware issues with internal and external customers via phone, ema chat/IM, and remote control/assist software
  • Document and manage Product Development issues to resolution
  • Answer technical and how to use inquiries Provide outstanding customer service
  • Log and track IT related software licenses
  • Ability to setup, support and troubleshoot VTC (Video Teleconference)
  • Assist with other duties or projects, as assigned


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Windows system management is a plus
  • At least one Microsoft desktop certification such as MCSE, MCSA, MTA highly desired
  • ITIL certification desired
  • Linux certification is a plus
  • Experience in using ServiceNOW for IT service management functions for Incident management and Service reque management.

Education:

  • Formal Windows class-room training and certifications Microsoft technologies
  • Associates degree in Information Technology with three to five years of related experience and/or training; or an equiva combination of education and experience
