Inventory & Purchasing Manager Jobs

Alquemy's client is a rapidly growing manufacturer of electronics products, they are seeking an Inventory & Purchasing Manager to join their growing team.

In this role the successful candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of the organization's purchasing including sourcing and purchasing essential materials for manufacturing operations, as well as providing ongoing inventory management.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform audits and reconciliations on inventory and purchasing procedures.
• Working closely with warehousing team to ensure inventory accuracy;
• Ensuring operational efficiency across all aspects of manufacturing;
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships and oversee contract management;
• Effectively managing purchasing and inventory tasks across all departments;
• Ensuring that inventory levels are adequate for ongoing projects;

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities;
• Solid computer skills and experience working with inventory control systems;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Exceptional time management skills;
• 5+ years of experience in inventory and purchasing focused roles in the manufacturing sector;
