- Provides employee leadership directly to ensure effective selection, retention, development, disciplinary action and performance management

- Coordinates all count processes ensuring all inventoried products are counted at least once per month in accordance with company policy on variances and documentation.
- Actively support internal and external audits.
- Cooperates in a cross-functional manner as a change agent with all departments within the Company
- Analyze inventory count results and KPI’s to compile reports.
- Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of the Inventory Control department in an organized, safe and sanitary work environment that is in compliance with the Company’s policies
- Ensures all transactions are recorded timely and accurately, to reflect a correct inventory position at any time. These include shipments, donations, product loss and damage.
- Plan and execute external warehouse spot checks, and is responsible for the execution of all reconciliation activities
- Other duties as assigned.
- Engages in the typical responsibilities of a Supervisor requiring planning, evaluating, training, organizing, integrating and delegating.
- Trains, instructs and coaches employees in regard to work performed.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to successfully lead others through change.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, computer-based applications, WMS systems experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- A minimum of 5 years hands-on plant experience in the dairy plant or food industry operations, with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
