Infrastructure Engineer Jobs

Resolute Technology Solutions is looking to add *Infrastructure Engineers* to our Professional and Managed Services teams. As part of the Resolute team, you would plan, design, implement, troubleshoot and provide technical support for Resolute and our clients. *What you will be responsible for:*

• Prepare and present client deliverables including, but not limited to, technical reports and presentations
• Manage effective transition to production of all new solutions to the operational support team
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise within diverse and complex systems
• Implement Disaster Recovery and High Availability solutions that meet stated requirements for both on-premises and cloud solutions
• Provide technical leadership to clients, IT management and other Resolute team members
• Document and maintain procedures, backup environments and configuration documents
• Demonstrate the principles of exceptional customer service with a focus on critical thinking and effective communication that supports anticipating customer needs
• Support other Resolute team members with knowledge sharing, brainstorming, coaching, collaboration, etc. as requested or required
• Develop new, and/or enhance existing policies with respect to IT infrastructure
• Monitor and keep up with industry trends and new technology such as SaaS and Cloud Computing
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and prepare client reports
• Follow change and problem management processes and procedures
• Integrate 3rd party products to create solutions as required
• Design and engineer effective server and network environments including assembling technical components as required

*What you bring to the table:*

• Strong proficiency in network and hardware technologies, virtualization, shared storage technologies and Active Directory
• Relevant certifications in the indicated technologies considered an asset
• Experience with Cloud (Azure) with a focus on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience supporting and/or designing solutions with the last 2 years being at a senior level
• Experience in configuring and setting up Firewalls (Fortinet)
• Strong delivery record of satisfying business requirements with IT solutions
