Our practice is conveniently located in a beautiful heritage building at 34 Main St N in Downtown Markham.

Schedule: Full-time
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Tuesday (10:30 am - 7:30 pm)
Friday (7:30 am - 4:30 pm)
Saturday (8:00 am - 1:15pm) - one (1) Saturday per month
  • When working Saturday, a 1/2 will be worked on the Friday prior instead of a full day

Responsibilities:
  • Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plans by answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment
  • Lead new hygiene business development in perio-surgery, Invisalign, and TMJ disorders
  • Maintain an active list of temp hygienists to utilize if/when needed
  • Act as the head of the the Hygiene Program development and coordination needs of hygiene business.
  • Treatment scheduling of maximally productive hygiene appointments
  • Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance
  • Utilize excellent phone skills to fill short notice cancellations and be proactive to manage hygiene patient demand
  • Use hygiene knowledge to lead conversations which support patient optimal oral health
  • Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty
