Key Responsibilities

• Escalate issues as needed, providing specific and concise details and critical facts
• Provide exceptional customer care to patients
• Properly document conversations set realistic follow-up expectations and deliver on every promise.
• Assisting patients with registration or account creation 
• Demonstrating good judgment when working in a team or independently
• Follow all required guidelines regarding patient privacy and confidentiality
• Maintain patient satisfaction by providing accurate and thorough information in a timely manner.
• Document personal information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts.
• Liaise with various departments including Sales, Logistic, and labs to meet and exceed client delivery expectations
• Confidentially manage patient accounts
• Answer inbound calls or generate outbound calls, regarding Igenomix USA testing services, programs, and questions, including about billing and pricing.  
• Additional duties as assigned or needed
• Always maintain a courteous and calm manner to de-escalate stressful situations 

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in a professional, customer-focused position.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Professional work ethic, demonstrating confidentiality and respectful conduct 
• Proficient in utilizing standard computer systems (i.e., MS Word and Excel, Power Point, Adobe, Outlook)
• Ability to anticipate potential problems and take proactive action to avoid them
• Possesses good English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be successful as part of a team and as an individual contributor with minimal supervision
• Adaptability and Flexibility 
• Ensures timely follow up to satisfactorily resolve problems
