Position Highlights


The HR Business Partnering team is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing team.


In this role, you will create and nurture strategic and influential partnerships with operational managers to ensure the success of their departmental people related plans and approaches. Your drive and ability to thoroughly understand your clients’ business objectives will be essential as you execute people-centric programs in line with our corporate culture initiatives and overall people strategy.


Reporting to the Manager HR Business Partners, you will have the proven ability to identify trends, opportunities and risks which may impact your assigned business group. Partnering with a positive, collaborative, informed point of view, you are passionate about getting to the root cause of issues and implementing effective, sustainable solutions.


You will work closely with the Manager HR Business Partners to understand people related strategies for your client group and work closely with your clients and the broader HR team, to ensure integrated approaches are used to ensure strategies and tactical plans are implemented across the entire client group at all levels of leadership. Key to success will be the ability to use data and insights to assess the impact of our HR programs and initiatives, and course correct where necessary.


Position Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:


• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources in an advisory, business partner, or senior operational role

• Experience in the full HR value chain and HR best practices: employee engagement, talent management, career management, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, remuneration and rewards, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations

• Experience supporting a fast-paced operational team consisting of Customer Service, Call Centre's strategy and programs.

• Proven ability to build strong partnerships and influence business decisions with all levels of leaders

• The ability to collect and use high quality data and analytics across HR value chain matters to support with diagnosing people issues

• Effective decision-making, critical thinking, and problem resolution skills

• A Degree or Diploma in human resource management; a CHPR or other relevant designation, is an asset
