Job Description
Description
As a Level 1 Support Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing remote hardware and software support to end-users in Manitoba. Your primary focus will be on incident management, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams as needed. You will also be responsible for documenting and reporting all incidents and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner. This is a 3-month remote contract position that requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently. This opportunity is open to any candidates located in Manitoba.
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 1+ year of experience working in a Level 1 support position
  • ITIL incident management experience or knowledge is considered an asset
  • Strong background in troubleshooting
