Information Technology Help Desk Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

As an IT Helpdesk Analyst, you will be the driving force behind providing top-notch technical support for our clients talented employees. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Offering timely and effective support for IT equipment and business applications.
• Being the go-to problem-solver, documenting and resolving issues promptly while putting customer satisfaction front and center.
• Taking part in various exciting IT projects and change initiatives that will keep you engaged and challenged.
• Keeping track of our IT assets like a pro, ensuring our inventory is always accurate.
• Playing a key role in the seamless IT onboarding and offboarding of our awesome team members.

Qualifications and Skills

• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD administration.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and VPN related issues.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills to engage with colleagues and associates effectively.
• Adept knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid experience supporting computers, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Strong familiarity with PC hardware, printers/scanners, and audio/visual equipment.
• One or more of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, Network +, Microsoft, ITIL.
• A natural focus on customer service that ensures everyone receives top-notch IT assistance.
• Ability to lift moderately heavy objects (ie. computers and peripherals)

Education

• A college diploma or university degree in Computer Science and/or 2-3 years of IT field experience.

Nice-to-Haves

• Nice-to-have: Experience in the retail/POS environment.
