Job Description
Assist Front Desk Manager with overseeing front desk operations.
Be knowledgeable and inform guests of hotel services, points of interest in the area, and services in the community
Respond promptly to guests professionally and courteously.
Work as part of a team, maintaining open communication with colleagues and hotel staff
Skills:
Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program, or a college program in a hospitality related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Hotel Front Desk role.
Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
A commitment to providing great guest service with a smile.
