Job Description
Must be proficient in all aspects of bookkeeping (BQE). Either proficient at time/ billing software program- Core or quick learner and self starter.
We are a small office of 8 Designers. General knowledge of leasing, construction is an asset.
Knowledge of trouble shooting computers, office equipment is required.
Administrator duties such as answering the general line, ordering supplies, coordinating couriers, events, assisting with RFP’s, fee letters and office documents.
