Our well-respected client in Calgary is currently seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their established team for a full time opportunity.


As the Office Manager/Bookkeeper your day to day responsibilities of this role may include, but not be limited to:


  • Trial Balance
  • Cheque runs, Electronic Fund Transfers (ETF’s), and wire transfers
  • Fixed Assets and Depreciation Schedules
  • Collection calls and emails
  • Month end accruals and month end closing activities
  • Aging reports
  • Matching, batching, coding
  • Posting journal entries
  • Profit and Loss Statements
  • Expense reports
  • Cash Flow Reporting and Analysis
  • Preparing invoices
  • Processing accounts payable


Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper
