Job Description

Shore 2 Shore Automation is looking for a highly motivated and client focused individual with a strong work ethic for the role of Office Manager/Bookkeeper.


Successful candidates will possess:

-Minimum of 5 Years’ experience as an office manager

-Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting

-Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in Sage Accounting Software

-Minimum of a High School Diploma required.

-Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Self-driven, a fast learner, organized, professional and able to collaborate with others

-Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 including: Word, Excel and Outlook

-Bondable, clean driving record, reliable transportation

-Must reside in the Edmonton Area


Responsibilities and Functions include (but not limited to):

-Monthly bank reconciliations

-Payroll Administration

-Preparing quarterly GST remittance

-Accounts payable/receivable

-Purchasing, creating purchase orders, order tracking and receiving

-Booking flights and accommodations for our installers

-Client liaison and client invoicing

-Assist in the onboarding process with new hires

-Employee Group Benefits Administrator

-Answering incoming calls

-Creating and modifying Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


Salary: Salary commensurate with experience

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)


Experience:

  • Bookkeeping/Sage/Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook): Minimum 5 years (Required)
