Role Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a designated CPA with 1-2 years of Audit Manager experience in a big four firm. This role is pivotal to our business expansion strategy, entailing significant responsibilities and providing an opportunity to contribute actively to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audits, & Financial Reporting:Full cycle accounting, compile quarterly Financial Statements, ensure tax compliance returns, and manage external audits.
2. Business Setup & Infrastructure Development:Under guidance, facilitate the development of our business infrastructure and newly formed entities.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Agreements:Ascertain adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines. Manage and contribute to the necessary legal and corporate agreements.
4. Financial Management & Reporting:Oversee the financial aspects of the business, including creating and implementing financial plans, ensuring financial compliance, and preparing financial performance reports such as P&L.
5. Back Office Management:Gradually take over back-office responsibilities and corporate administration.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

1. Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
2. 1-2 years of experience as an Audit Manager in a big four firm.
3. Strong understanding of accounting and financial management principles.
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
6. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with different stakeholders.
7. Prior experience in automation and coding in Python would be a plus.
