Job Description

Flowtec is looking for a strong Eastern Canada Regional Sales Manager with a successful track record of selling pumps and valves into industrial markets.



Responsibilities:

  • Work closely within the Global sales organization to achieve customer and channel objectives
  • Travel as necessary to achieve customer and business requirements min 1 week a month
  • Utilize CRM tool (Salesforce) in the daily standard work to capture customer, opportunity, project and application details
  • Drive effective customer capture strategies to expand the services business base
  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reporting as required by the Canadian / Global leadership
  • Align the product promotion strategies of the region with the overall profitable growth strategy of the Canadian business



Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with pumps and/or valves
  • 8+ years of outside sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
  • Fluent in French is a plus
