Your new role

As a Document Production Supervisor, you are asked to be in office one day per week and will be responsible for overseeing a team of 9-10 experienced team members on both day and evening shifts, though your working hours are the more traditional 8:30-4:30 or 9-5 (depending on your preference).

While being responsible for these direct reports, approving vacation and time off requests, determining coverages, hiring and annual reviews, you will also be asked to contribute your document services expertise as a fully functioning member of the team. You will serve as first point of contact for all internal Lawyers and stakeholders.

This position has a great deal of upward mobility with potential to expand its reach to the other locations across the country in a national role.

What you'll need to succeed

A Legal Assistant background is ideal, however we are looking for candidates with substantial experience in document services who are working as team lead or in some type of leadership role currently or in the past.
