The Role


As the Director of Sales Operations , you will be responsible for supporting sales enablement through mapping of organizational design, structure and processes. Your data-driven analytical approach drives the Field Sales teams to success. This fast-paced and high performance environment will require you to use data to push teams to consistent results through hitting key targets.


What you'll be doing:


  • You hold Neo’s field teams accountable to excellent results.
  • You work hand-in-hand with the Director of Growth and Head of Activations to ensure successful flow of sales funnels.
  • You map out sales processes, creating scalable frameworks that will grow with our acquisition pipelines.
  • You take raw data and transform it into sales pipeline funnels.
  • You have experience managing and scaling D2C sales teams across multiple geographies.
  • You are an expert with CRM’s. You know which tools to use, and how to use them, to get the clean data needed to support the team’s growth.


Who we are looking for:


  • You have creative problem solving skills with a willingness to test solutions and iterate as require
  • You take ownership over your work and outcomes
  • You love to solve problems with an analytical approach
  • You're an effective communicator with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in financial services or with financial products is an asset
  • You have strong experience using and implementing CRM’s
  • You’ve worked with large sales teams (50-100+) in a face to face D2C environment
  • Experience using and implementing Tableau, DOMO, or Salesforce is an asset
  • You are are proactive, very organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment
  • You are resourceful, and able to react quickly and professionally in high pressure situations
  • You have entrepreneurial DNA
