A Unique Opportunity
As our Edmonton Sales Director, you are responsible for managing the accounts in a well-established, vibrant practice. And for bringing in new business through referral and lead generation. You are passionate about sales and developing new relationships. Note: this position is commission based with opportunity to grow the income significantly
How you make it happen:
- Developing and nurturing referral opportunities with clients and strategic partners.
- Liaise with the service delivery team as they work to transform the clients they are supporting.
- Developing new relationships with business owners of mid-sized companies (20-200 employees), leading them through a discovery process.
- Retaining our existing client base through ongoing interaction and check-ins.
- Participating in relevant marketing activities including involvement in business and trade associations, planning and executing marketing events, and being active in social media.
- Working with the CEO and other Practice Directors for the success of all markets.
- Capitalize on expansion sales opportunities with existing clients.
This role requires a special individual who is comfortable interacting with business owners, CEOs, and senior managers. The successful candidate will be someone with:
- Technical savviness working with a variety of tools and mediums (Hubspot, MS Office, Social Media).
- 10+ years of business experience ideally in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Post-secondary business education.
- A strong background in making formal and informal presentations.
- A genuine interest in uncovering pain points, finding solutions, and making a real difference for our clients.
- A skilled approach to handling objections in the sales process.
- An extreme passion for learning.
- Energy and enthusiasm for working with people.
- A love of sales and a proven track record selling solutions to business owners.
