Showroom Attendant - Edmonton

Position: Showroom Attendant (Full-Time) Our growing team is seeking a Showroom Attendant (Full-Time) who focuses on making an exceptional impression with all current and prospective clients. • Review all client information during each telephone interaction to ensure accurate and up to date information.
• Provide accurate and reliable information to clients over the phone, email and in our showrooms.
• Enthusiastic customer service professional?
• Computer literacy specifically Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn internal computer programs
• Routine: weekly schedule
• Accurately schedule client appointments via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform light cleaning duties QUALIFICATIONS
• Two (2) years previous customer service experience, preferably in reception, administration or call center environments.
