Position: Showroom Attendant (Part-Time) - Calgary Our growing team is seeking a Showroom Attendant (Part-Time) who focuses on making an exceptional impression with all current and prospective clients. • Escalate customer situations that fall outside of our Standard Operating procedures to management for timely resolution
• Computer literacy specifically Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn internal computer programs
• Follow all procedures and processes to effectively respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns and manage client expectations.
• Review all client information during each telephone interaction to ensure accurate and up to date information.

• Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
• Two (2) years previous customer service experience, preferably in reception, administration or call center environments.
• Motivated to learn new skills?

• Perform light cleaning duties QUALIFICATIONS
• Provide accurate and reliable information to clients over the phone, email and in our showrooms.
• Ability to work part time 10 hours + weekly (Saturday 10am-6pm & Sunday 12pm-5pm, training and meetings to take place other days during the week).
• Accomplished Customer Service professional who has the ability to follow instruction
