This is a full-time, on-site Director of Sales role at B Hospitality / Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre. The Director of Sales plays a critical role at B-Hospitality driving revenue and managing the sales efforts of B-Hospitality. The Director of Sales is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets all the while nurturing client relationships and ensuring the sales team success.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Ontario market is preferred
• Experience with revenue management systems and strategies
• 10+ years of experience in hospitality or a related industry, with a focus on sales and revenue management
• Demonstrated track record of success in sales and leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
