What you’ll be doing

The Director, Executive Communications will lead the development and execution of strategic plans for internal communications built around our purpose to help make our clients’ ambitions a reality. This includes driving team engagement through messages focused on our progress against our business strategy, providing purpose-driven leadership to further shape an inclusive culture, responding to major external events with appropriate messaging, and establishing the right “tone from the top” for our global team of 40,000+ team members.

This Director position will support the execution of bank wide, “All Team” meetings, quarterly videos to review business performance, and ad hoc video messaging as needed. The role will manage social media presence for key senior executives through a strategic engagement plan to amplify key messages through LinkedIn and other platforms as appropriate, and develop key messages for external events including Q&A sessions, panels, and working in partnership with the Public Affairs team around media engagement. The Director will work closely with the Client Relationships team on strategic messaging related to key client events, and maintain a clear view of upcoming events, executive travel related team engagement and speaking opportunities.

How You’ll Succeed

• Cross-functional partnerships – Work closely with the Client Relationships team on strategic messaging related to key client events.
• Strategic planning – Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for internal communications built around our purpose to help make your ambition a reality. Driving team engagement through messaging focusing on progress against the business strategy, providing purpose-driven leadership to further shape an inclusive culture, responding to major external events with appropriate messaging and establishing the right “tone from the top” for our global team of 45,000+ team members. Maintain a clear view of upcoming events, executive travel related team engagement and speaking opportunities.
• Communication – Support the execution of bank wide “All-Team” meetings, quarterly videos to review business performance, and ad hoc messaging as needed.
