Digital Production Designer Jobs

veritree is a planting management platform developed by tentree, a restorative apparel company that plants ten trees for every item sold. The technology that has powered tentree's tree planting is now accessible to other organizations who also want to help restore the planet through nature based solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Production Designer to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and producing various digital marketing materials that promote our brand and communicate our mission to a diverse audience. In the next few years, the role of Digital Production Designers will likely require more experience with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. The successful candidate is someone who is innovative and excited to stay at the forefront of this evolving field while bringing new and creative ideas to the table.
What will you be doing?

• You will design and produce various digital marketing materials that communicate veritree's mission and values, such as website designs, social media graphics, and other interactive media.
• You will leverage AI capabilities to help veritree increase the volume and quality of our marketing output by an order of magnitude.
• You will create design templates and guidelines to streamline the production of partner marketing collateral, sales materials, and event assets.
• You will work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Impact teams to develop creative concepts and designs for various digital marketing materials and ad assets.
• You will keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, AI tools, and software to continually improve your skills and knowledge.
• You will collaborate with other veritree team members and external stakeholders to ensure goals are met.

Requirements
Professional Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating highly effective design skills as well as experience in branding, direct response, web design, and other interactive media
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other digital design tools
• Excellent knowledge of web design principles and user interface design with experience designing for various digital platforms
• 3+ years of professional experience in digital design or production design
