In the smartphone revolution, we've forgotten about the phone; it's been left behind technologically. It serves us spam calls or requires small business owners to learn technical concepts like VoIP (Voice over IP or internet calling).
In 2022 we grew our recurring revenue by over 400% while discovering profitable channels ready for optimization and scale.
Our global team expanded from 17 people in 2022 to 70+ now. Our customers now include KFC, AT&T, dozens of state and local governments, and General Motors (as well as consumers around the US).
Our investors are the same early investors in companies like Reddit, DropBox, Airbnb, Twitch, and Lyft. Our culture is customer-centric and believes happy customers are the best salesforce on the planet! Our growth has been organic, and we’re growing the team to meet the demand.
🌟 About the role
We're looking for an experienced Founding Product Designer to help guide our next phase of growth and product expansion. You’ll be directly responsible for impacting our customer experience and the future of our product.
We’re looking for someone who can pick up a problem and solve it. You'll work across multiple teams with the goal of simplicity and providing a delightful experience.

  • Spearhead research on our users and how to drive better adaptation and find features that scale. That means talking to our customers all the time.
  • Contribute to our vision by designing simple, intuitive, and delightful customer experiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally by collaborating with product, engineering, and other areas as an owner of the product to define, create, build, and release new features.
  • Redefine our quality standards by raising the bar for the overall design of our product and features and strive to improve the user experience continuously.
  • Develop models of our ideal customers, learning what they want from their experience.
🏆 You are...
  • Customer-Obsessed speaking to end-users regularly. You continuously seek to improve the customer product experience and iterate quickly by balancing design perfection with development speed.
  • Passionate about Learning and a self-starter who wants to grow as a designer and team member and learn all you can about landlines.
  • Highly Collaborative and proactively seek information out from other departments and synthesize ideas.
  • A Strong Communicator in terms of design concepts via mockups, flows, wireframes, and prototypes to accelerate work, well before any beautiful designs are complete.
  • Well-rounded and Experienced and have 6+ years of product design experience crafting products and design systems and are comfortable working across development, visual design, prototyping, and interaction design.
  • A Fast Mover and have startup experience. You test first and finalize later.
