About the Digital Media Specialist

Responsibilities
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms and email marketing
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
- Assist in the development of an influencer marketing strategy
- Create written, video, and photo content
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to create a social media calendar
- Maintain unified brand voice across brand channels
- Develop and maintain response library and brand voice guidelines/dictionary
- Assist the Leadership Team in the development of the social media and email marketing strategy
- Develop deep understanding of the Circle Wellness brand including aesthetic and voice
- Execute a results-driven social media and email marketing strategy
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends
- Support with responses to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
Qualifications
- Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
- 2 years experience with B2C social media marketing or content development
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- Excellent social listening skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong interest in wellness industry trends, products, services, and best practices
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
- Direct experience using email marketing platforms
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
- Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
- Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills

- Reports to: Executive Spa Director
- Compensation: Based on experience
- Start Date: August 7, 2023
- Position: Independent contractor; part time
- Location: remote
