Knowledge of figure and plushie design, understanding materials, shapes, angles, and color limitations for feasible production.

Previous working experience in the toy industry

Knowledge of Mandarin to translate feedback to manufacturers

The ideal candidate is skilled in Adobe Suite,

Create turnarounds and color guides as reference to 3D modelers

Strong understanding of the creative process, organizational skills & file management

Work with designers and art directors to set standard practices and process for file creating and asset management.

Maintain a process for file management and assets.

Create versions as required and manage English and French files, across multiple elements

5+ years of full time agency experience

Strong knowledge of print production / graphics arts

Work collaboratively with project and production management team to ensure workflow requirements are met

Considerable knowledge and skills using industry standard graphic design software, including Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat)

Manage and archive project files and digital assets

Minimum of 3 years experience as a production artist, working in a creative team or a prepress department

Considerable knowledge and application of graphic design, typography and print production techniques

Knowledge of print production processes

Strong project management skills in planning and executing of Artwork projects.

Degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institutions or relevant related experience.

5+ years experience producing Artwork, preferably for retail consumer package goods, retailer branded Artwork project experience an asset.

In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite on Mac platform

Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and balance conflicting tasks.

Prepare Artwork For Approvals, ensuring the proper use of PIR, Dielines, Project Listing Information, Design, Final Copy, Brand Standards.

You will keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, AI tools, and software to continually improve your skills and knowledge.

Excellent knowledge of web design principles and user interface design with experience designing for various digital platforms

Strong portfolio demonstrating highly effective design skills as well as experience in branding, direct response, web design, and other interactive media

3+ years of professional experience in digital design or production design

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments

Ability to self-manage tasks, deliverables, and expectations in an innovative and fast-paced environment

Good knowledge of the following tools is required:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team

Web maintenance, new page layouts, production assets

Supporting the senior team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects

6 months - 1 year of relevant digital design expereince

Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of output requirements

Robust knowledge of print production for Packaging

Excellent layout and typography skills

Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, capable of expressing opinions and feedback without offending others

Experience working in cannabis or other regulated environments is an asset.

Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
