We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team at Webware.io. As a leading provider of all-in-one digital marketing solutions for service-based small business owners, we are committed to helping our clients grow their businesses by leveraging the power of digital marketing. Your role will be instrumental in driving demand generation for Webware, creating effective campaigns, developing engaging content, and optimizing websites to attract new customers and increase repeat business.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising.
Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing assets, including website pages, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and ad copies.
Website Optimization: Optimize client websites for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility, user experience, and lead generation.
Demand Generation: Implement strategies to generate leads and drive conversions, leveraging techniques such as lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing automation.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.
Marketing Technology Management: Proficiently utilize marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant software to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital marketing, and proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to drive results.
Qualifications:
- Highly developed attention to detail
- In-depth Knowledge: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.

- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Facebook Ads Manager: Demonstrated experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and performance analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis, tracking, and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other relevant analytics platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- HubSpot Expertise: Proficiency in using HubSpot marketing automation platform, including creating and managing campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Creativity and Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to develop creative and engaging content that aligns with brand voice and effectively communicates key messages.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Degree in Marketing or similar field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Result-Oriented: Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns, achieving measurable results, and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and ideas.
- Experience with digital marketing automation software
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube Ads, Hubspot and Google Analytics
