• Collaboratively execute, monitor and optimize paid digital or social media plans including website conversion opportunities like chat functionality or chat bot.

• Continuous optimization of brand websites by ensuring high quality scores, appropriate keywords, meta descriptions, and other SEO techniques to enhance user experience and drive more online conversion.

• Analyze reporting on key performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates to provide and execute tactics to improve the overall effectiveness of digital and social media marketing strategies.

• Creating and executing email marketing campaigns, managing email lists, and tracking email marketing metrics to improve the effectiveness of the campaigns.

• Collaborating with Sales and Operations to ensure consistency in online messaging and customer experience.

• Keep up to date with new trends, innovations, and technologies in the digital and social media marketing landscape to ensure that the company's marketing strategies are relevant and effective.

• Develop organic social media strategy focused on building followers, brand awareness and aiding in top of the funnel digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and consideration.

• Manage Social Marketing Coordinator to drive organic growth across social platforms with guidance on building the community with relevant content as well as creating two-way conversation with users.
