PAID DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Regular Full-time (35 hours per week)

If yes, then the Paid Digital Marketing Manager opportunity might be the right fit for you.
Located in Toronto, the Art Gallery of Ontario (“the AGO”) is one of the largest art museums in North America, with a collection of close to 100,000 works. Through the collection as well as collaborations with leading museums around the world, the AGO presents wide-ranging exhibitions and programs to approximately 1 million visitors annually.
We are looking for entrepreneurial-minded, purpose-driven, and collaborative Paid Digital Marketing Manager who can help us to deliver on our vision to lead global conversations from Toronto through extraordinary collections, exhibitions and programs, and by reflecting the people who live here.The Paid Digital Marketing Manager will be directly responsible for planning and executing all paid media campaigns across a variety of AGO's activities, initiatives and verticals. He/She/They will act as a subject matter expert, influencing our paid media strategy in addition to overseeing the end-to-end implementation of campaigns, including building custom and lookalike audiences. This role will require you to be highly collaborative dealing with various teams and departments as well as being comfortable being an independent individual contributor with little to no direction at times.
This demanding but highly rewarding role is best suited for someone who has:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Comfortable managing and allocating yearly planning through to executing operational budgets
- An understanding of success measurement tools like Google Analytics
- Experience running top of funnel awareness campaigns is a strong asset for this role
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across company departments
- 3-5 years of experience working with brands across digital marketing objectives such as Reach, Retargeting, Brand Awareness, Clicks and Conversions
- Experience with budget and forecasting for paid media allocations and tracking
- 3-5 years of experience managing from strategy, planning and buying through to execution and reporting on various types of digital campaigns on multiple channels including Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and digital display campaigns
