Job Description

Our Biological Systems group is responsible for the development and delivery of our core biological (animal) products and services to our customers.


The Role


The Diagnostics Product Support team is the central hub of the Diagnostics DNA & Animal Health laboratories. With our knowledge & communication skills we provide exceptional support to both internal & external customers.


We provide all administration, including reporting, account inquiries & also cover reception, the work varies from day to day but providing the customer with an exceptional customer experience with our business is our main focus.


About You


To be successful in this role you will have:


  • A great sense of humour
  • General Computer skills
  • Being able to think outside the square
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously at times
  • Able to build rapport with a wide array of customers
  • Confident on the telephone
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ideally but not essential, either Dairy farm experience and or LIC experience
  • Able to identify customer initial and additional needs and take appropriate action to satisfy customer requests
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork & can-do attitude
  • SAP & Outlook experience an advantage
