Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
