- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Identify and assess customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing appropriate solutions or escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Embrace a customer-centric mindset, consistently striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathy and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
