Lead and manage your team of Customer Experience Associates and Senior Customer Experience Associates

Act as a change management lead by assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures

Previous experience managing a team of employees (including coaching, leading, and scheduling the team) is a strong asset

Previous banking experience is a strong asset

Experience in the reconciliation of monthly benefits - employee deductions, employer contribution, and monthly invoice to the general ledger.

Ensures proper internal controls, system standards & documentation, policies and audit requirements are developed, met, and maintained.

Bachelor’s degree and a Certification/Licensure as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent considered a strong asset.

Experience with ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, ADA and other regulatory standards.

Strong accounting foundation including experience in owning and reconciling payroll related general ledger accounts and preparing payroll journal entries.

Knowledge with employment law, FMLA, overtime, disability.

Demonstrate an understanding of content management systems (CMS) and technology infrastructures.

Site map, develop and manage microsites as needed in collaboration with graphic designer.

At least 5 years of experience.

Experience with front-end web development.

At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably leading tech startup teams

Experience with project management software tools

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, and notify management of any potential issues.

Prepare a weekly status report for management on various projects and initiatives.

Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.

All management responsibilities for direct report, including supervision, performance appraisals, training, general guidance and direction; and

Minimum 3-5 years progressive management experience, preferably in a unionized environment.

Minimum 5-7 years of Financial Management experience.

Very strong priority and time management skills.

Attend all agency meetings as required and monthly management team meetings.

Demonstrated strong & detailed troubleshooting knowledge as well as general problem-solving skills.
