Role:
The primary focus of Muuvment’s Project Manager is to oversee and manage the various deliverables of the creative team. They are responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders.
As a growing company, we are continuously adapting and iterating. As such, the role calls for an innovative and agile individual who will proactively lead multiple initiatives in close collaboration with colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical and resource feasibility.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the creative team to ensure goals are met.
- Prepare a weekly status report for management on various projects and initiatives.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, and notify management of any potential issues.
- Organize, plan and schedule project tasks.
- Work with appropriate parties to develop cost estimates and project plans.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and future development.
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem solver
- Experience in producing film or video projects is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong understanding of startup processes and workflows
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management software tools
- A background in digital marketing or communications is strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably leading tech startup teams
